Deliveries are made by InPost, Orlen Paczka, and DHL in courier deliveries to your home and using parcel machines. The cost of delivery is always given when placing an Order. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, in some cases, shipping may be prolonged of which the customer will be informed. In the case of a large number of orders, the delivery time may be extended of which the customer will be notified by email.
Free delivery applies to domestic orders over PLN 350.
Returns and Exchange
To make the returns process easier, we provide you with the "Wygodne Zwroty" service:
Exchange - If you have indicated on the form that you would like an exchange you will receive a code for a new product by email within 1-2 working days of our receipt of your package.
Refund - Money is refunded to the bank account from which payment was made within 14 calendar days of the return receipt.
However, if you wish to make a return by e-mail, please write to this address: firstname.lastname@example.org writing in the subject line: RETURN, and provide the order number.
Returns are also processed using a specially printed form, completed with the required data. Return parcels without the required return form are not subject to the procedure.

The product may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The product must not be used and contain all brand emblems i.e. tags, boxes, accessories, etc.
The return address is Słowikowskiego 81C (Hall 4, Gate 5), 05-090 Raszyn. Parcels sent to an address other than the one provided will not be received. The company will not bear the cost of resending the parcel. If sending the package to the address is impossible, the customer should contact the company to arrange another shipment.
